Seriously, we love the Lord and we would love to meet you. In an environment of fast everything from food to games and entertainment we are still left with questions. Although we don’t purport to know every answer. We can help you find them. Jesus is the way, truth, and life. Truth is not subjective it’s an absolute. We love to have fun and we love to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. Come and see!

Congratulations to Anthony Weber, Deidre Currie, and Ricky Stryker in their recent achievement of graduating high school! We love and support all of you. Awesomeness is emanating from these teens…look out everyone they’re now on the loose. A big LBT salute to these achievers of greatness!
Don’t forget Wednesdays Guys and Gals…a Christian takes no vacations. The devil certainly won’t and don’t! P.S. Volley Ball tournament of doom is officially on!
Keep the Saturday the 28th of June open! Change of plans from the original. We are meeting at the church at 3:30 PM. PAINTBALL! PAINTBALL! PAINTBALL! Bring an extra change of clothes. Cost…$15. Leave around 3:30 be back around 10:00 PM. We will be stopping for food (probably pizza at pizza hut) Destination is the indoor paintball course in Canton Ohio. Please do not be late. Any questions call Mr. Bell (No I will not avoid shooting you…lol).
Okay, so I don’t update the page as often as I should! Sorry. We as the teen department have done much since the last update. We have attended various youth ralleys, Conneaut Lake Park fun-house, shopping adventure, senior saints dinner, etc. We will soon be activating a Facebook page for the Teen Department. This will alleviate any cross communication. In the future, members of the site can simply click on the page and get activity updates and E-mails. This will prevent a thousand phone calls and the inevitable game of phone tag that results when we have upcoming activities and scheduling. I will let everyone know soon. Of course the site will be secure and only members approved will be able to view those pages posted. This will prevent any security issues. As always…GOD IS GOOD! Keep praising Him in all things.
Next upcoming activity…sledding with paintball wars. Some sledding. Some paintballing. Some sledding while paintballing! Chili cook off to follow followed by movies or possibly a wii- game off! (wait till we get the wii station…patience we are getting one or possibly two).

NEWS FLASH TEENS!!!!
We now have a facebook group page. In order to use this first (asking your parents permission) go and set up a personal facebook page. Remember this page is open to those you allow. Make sure you practice safe internet usage and restrict access to your facebook page to only letting those you authorize to view it.
Facebook is free to use and set up. After you set up your personal page you can then add “Lisbon Baptist Teen Department” group page. Once you apply I will authorize you to be acepted and then you can view the facebook group and post things as well as interact in discussion boards and chat rooms etc.
This will be an excellent tool in the long run for keeping in touch as well as discussing ideas and planning events! If you have any questions contact me at church or e-mail me.
